Non-EU Shipments
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. They vary by country and are beyond our control.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, or other factors.
5. Warranty
All products sold by Werking are covered by a 24-month legal warranty against conformity defects, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.
- This warranty applies to products used in normal conditions and in accordance with the instructions.
- If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the description, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no additional cost to you.
- To claim the warranty, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect by contacting werkingcycle@gmail.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is not covered by the warranty.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the product under the following conditions:
- Return window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Condition: Returned items must be in “as-new” condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Refund: If the product is returned in perfect condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
- Damaged items: If the returned item is damaged, used, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund or deny the refund altogether.
